How long until i get my order?
All of our garments are print to order. Once you place an order, please allow the following:
• Standard Shipping: 14–24 days
• Express Shipping: 10–17 days
Shipping times can vary based on your location - and in some cases, your order may arrive sooner. Exact rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Note: Express shipping isn’t available in all areas. If it’s an option for your location, it will appear at checkout.

What is your return & exchange policy?
Because each piece is print-to-order, we don’t accept returns once production is started.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, simply email community@newearth.co within 5 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo detailing the issue and we’ll arrange replacement or refund where applicable.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart and fit notes. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more tailored look.
